Please contact me personally by email before returning anything. I want to make sure every customer feels 100% happy and taken care of, and I’m always happy to work with you to find the best solution.
What if my sculpture arrives damaged?
If your sculpture arrives damaged, please contact me immediately by email and include some photos of the damage. We’ll work together to find the best solution. Depending on the severity of the damage, you can either return the sculpture for a full refund, or I can offer a partial refund if you’d like to keep it. I want to make sure every adoption ends happily, even if accidents happen in shipping.

When will I get my order?
I ship every piece with care. Delivery times depend on your location, but I always do my best to get your new monster to you as quickly and safely as possible. It usually takes anywhere from 2-10 business days for your tiny terror to arrive at his new home.
Are these sculptures safe for kids or pets?
They’re made from polymerclay and are small and delicate, so they’re best as display pieces rather than toys. I want everyone to enjoy them safely!
