Shipping & Delivery

Processing time
I process and ship orders within 1–5 business days after payment is confirmed, unless otherwise stated in the product listing. During busy periods (holidays, launches) processing may take longer; I will notify you if an order’s processing time will be delayed.

Shipping methods & delivery estimates
I offer standard and expedited shipping via reputable carriers. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates only and start from the date the order is shipped (not the date of order). Estimated transit times:

  • Domestic (Germany): 2–7 business days after shipment

  • EU: 4–14 business days after shipment

  • International (outside EU): 7–30 business days after shipment (customs processing may add time)

Exact delivery times depend on the carrier and destination.

Shipping costs
I currently offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.

Tracking
Most orders include tracking. When your order ships I will send a confirmation email with the tracking number and carrier. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to appear on the carrier’s site.

Loss, damage or missing items
Please inspect your order on arrival. If an item arrives damaged, defective or missing, contact me immediately at tilstinyterrors@gmail.com (preferably within 7 days of delivery) and provide photos of the damage and the packaging. I will evaluate the issue and offer a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate. If a carrier marks a package as delivered but you did not receive it, please check with household members and neighbours and contact me — I will assist in filing a carrier claim.

Address problems & returns to sender
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct when placing the order. I am not responsible for items lost or delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the buyer. If a shipment is returned to me because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts or refusal by the recipient, I will contact you. You will be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the item, or you may request a refund minus the original shipping cost.

Customs, duties & import taxes
For international orders, customs policies vary by country. Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, VAT or handling fees charged by their country. I have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

High-value items & signature requirement
For higher-value orders I may require a signature on delivery. If you prefer signature confirmation for your shipment, contact me before purchase and I will add it where available (additional fees may apply).

Combined orders & multiple packages
If an order contains multiple items, they may ship together or in separate packages depending on size and availability. You will be notified if shipments are sent separately.
