Returns & Refunds

30-day return policy
I offer a 30-day return period. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in the same condition you received it: undamaged, unaltered, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or other proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact me at tilstinyterrors@gmail.com. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address: Til Ziegler, Alte Eppelheimer Straße 47, 69115 Heidelberg.

If I accept your return, I will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items that are sent back to me without a prior return request and authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & problems
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact me immediately at tilstinyterrors@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, so I can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Some items are not eligible for return, including custom or personalized pieces and made-to-order works. If an item is marked non-returnable in the listing, it cannot be returned except in the case of damage or a fulfillment error.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get a replacement is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, purchase the replacement in a separate order.

European Union — 14-day right of withdrawal
If goods are shipped to a buyer in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving a reason. As above, the item must be returned in the same condition you received it: undamaged, unaltered, and in the original packaging, and you must provide proof of purchase. Custom or personalized items remain excluded from this right.

Refunds
I will notify you once I have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund is approved. If approved, I will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
